After a successful career in door-to-door, B2C, and B2B sales, earning six Presidents Club awards from 2010–2017, Robb founded The Sales Agency in 2018. Initially selling for online service providers while live-streaming his calls to demonstrate his sales methods, Robb quickly gained attention. By 2019, sales reps, agencies, and coaches sought his training, leading to the launch of The Sales Agency’s sales school, "The Art of Sales," and its recruiting arm.
In 2020, Robb made his first hire, Frank DeMaio, who left a successful career at ADP to join full-time. By 2022, Frank became Robb’s business partner, helping scale The Sales Agency to a multi-7-figure enterprise.

I started with no experience in online sales and very little in person sales experience as well. They took a complete nubie and within just a few days of graduating I had multiple companies trying to get ahold of me for interviews. I landed a position in only 3 days. The best sales training I've ever been through. Very detailed and thorough. The live role play sessions were incredibly helpful and the golden nuggets that were dropped are super relevant. The post course support is also phenomenal. They help you leverage their connections to get interviews and get you placed in amazing sales positions. Overall the value is easily 10x the investment.
