After a successful career of 6 president clubs selling in the Door to Door, Business to Consumer, and Business to Business sales space from 2010 to 2017, Robb founded The Sales Agency in 2018 and spent the first year of the company selling for other online service providers and live streaming his calls to hundreds of people so they could see the effectiveness of his sales style in the most vulnerable setting possible.
By 2019 sales reps were asking Robb if he could train them, and Agencies and Coaches were asking for Robb to Train their sales teams, and if Robb had sales reps he was training that would want to sell for them. At that point, The Sales Agency opened its sales school, the "Art of Sales," and its recruiting arm for Agencies and Coaches. Come 2020, Robb started expanding the company and made his first hire and appointment setter, Frank DeMaio.
After leaving a successful selling career of 2 Presidents Clubs at ADP and joining forces with Robb at The Sales Agency full time, By 2022, Frank had successfully moved through every position in the company to help grow the company to multiple 7 figures per year and became a business partner with Robb at The Sales Agency.
